Obituary:

p>BEVELHYMER Margret Bevelhymer died in Harrison township, Aug. 19th, 1890, of heart disease, aged 57 years, 10 months and 9 days. She leaves three sons and two daughters to mourn the loss of a kind mother. Their father was laid to rest In hope of a glorious resurrection twenty-six years ago. The mother remained a widow and gave full proof of her devotion to God. Many years ago she accepted Christ as her Saviour. After having done all she could for her children and friends she quietly fell asleep in the Lord, leaving as the memory of her quiet christian life as a blessed legacy fall of power and truth. May we as children and neighbors find comfort in the prospect of meeting again.

In the casket never moving,
Lies our mother's form,
She crossed the dark river,
She is sleeping her last sleep.

She's at rest, her suffering over,
No more pains for her to bear,
Why mourn we then, we who love her,
If she is in heaven, no sorrow there.

But we miss thee from our home,
We miss thee from thy place,
It was the Saviour who called her,
Called her to quit this earthly home.

Let us live that we may meet her,
When our time has come to go,
Up in Heaven, dearer, sweeter,
Then we know her here below.

How sweet to think that on our eyes,
A lovelier clime shall rise
That we shall wake from sorrows dreams,
Besides pure and living stream.
