RIGGS. On the 17th of April, 1885, in Harrison township, Henry county, Ohio, by that dread disease consumption, Mrs. Sarah Riggs, aged 28 years and 5 months. In her 19th year she united with the Christian Union Church, of which she continued a faithful member until the messenger came and called her from the militant Church to the Church triumphant above. She leaves a husband, three children, father, mother and a large circle of friends to mourn their loss which is her eternal gain. A large number of persons attended the funeral service and with sad hearts followed her remains to the silent grave.

Tears will fall as we remember
that loved form now cold and dead,
But no more you'll join our number
Far from earthly scenes youv'e fled.

Weep not parents in that morning
When the toils of life are o'er,
You will meet your dearest loved one
Safe upon toe golden shore.
