Obituary: Wetona "Toni" Thormahlen, a resident of Chehalis, Wash., died Jan. 29 in a Seattle hospital following an extended illness. Surviving are her son, Elliot, at home, a daughter, Sharon L. Selfridge of Seattle; a sister, Virginia Christman of Deshler; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by a son, Elliot "Bud" Thormahlen in May 1986. Services were held at the Brown Mortuary of Chehalis. Interment was at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
