After a short illness, Sunday afternoon shortly before 5 o clock, Miss Helene E. Röhrs, daughter of (Mr. & Mrs.) WIlhelm and Katherine Röhrs, died in the parental residence in Noble Township. She was born there on the 3rd of February 1883 and remained with her parents until her death. Baptized and confirmed in the St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church of this city, she remained faithful to that belief up until the end. Beloved by all who knew her, as she was, her premature death has awoken a deep sorrow; especially in the Maidens' Soclety of her congregation, will she be sorely missed. She leaves behind her parents and the following siblings: Heinrich and Otto Röhrs here, Karl and Arnold Röhrs in NobleTownship, Eduard Röhrs in Tiffin, Wilhelm Röhrs and Miss Margarethe Röhrs in Toledo.
The remains were buried yesterday morning in the Brunersburg Cemetery, after Pastor F. A. Kiess had held a funeral service in the family residence and in the St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church. We offer our most sincere sympathy to the survivors.
