We bring [you] here a well-done group picture of representatives of four generations, who should be known to many of our readers. They are [on the left] Mrs. Albine Pahl, born Willmann, who was born 31 March 1843 in Canton, Stark county, Ohio, and on 14 March 1861 in Huron county married Peter Pahl, who died many years ago on his farm in Washington Township. One of their eleven children is Mrs. Helene Froehlich on the picture above [right], wife of Jacob Froelich. She was born on 6 July 1865 in Huron county, married Jacob Froelich on 9 January 1883 and is mother of eleven children. one of these eleven children is Andrew Froelich on our picture. He was born on 24 November 1885 in Defiance and on 26 April 1910 married Miss Anna Desch, who on 10 February 1911 presented him with little Harold, the central figure of our group portrait. May all have have long enjoyment of life, and may the family continue to increase, as it has so far! That is the whole-hearted wish of the "Herold".
