They lived in the city of Defiance for 14 years, and Mr. Müller also assisted in the building of the Wabash Railroad. Later they settled in the country; at first on 40 acres of land in Delaware Township, then on the Holgate farm north of Defiance, and finally on the homeplace in Delaware which they occupied until five years ago. The last period of his life Mr. Müller spent with his faithful life's companion in a comfortable home in Sherwood. He had been [feeling] sickly the whole winter past, and on Tuesday afternoon of the week past between 2 and 3 o'clock he had a stroke, which led to his end on Wednesday night about eleven o'clock. surviving are his widow; the five children John ana Jakob Müller and Mrs. Louise Bloom in Sherwood, Mrs. Anna Svrow in Delaware Township and Charles F.
