Myers, died on Thursday morning about one o clock in the family residence No. 600 Euclid Avenue after a lengthy illness from a lung complaint at the age of 36 years, 4 months and 25 days. She leaves behind the widower, three unmarried children, the two married daughters Mrs. Clarence Ruess and Mrs. Foster Speiser, the father John B. Wagner and the following siblings: Mrs. John Landin in Toledo; Mrs. Ed. Spooner in Salt Lake City, Utah; Mrs. Christ. Hengstler in Chicago; Mrs. E. Duschler in Denver, Colorado; Mrs. Olive Hazzard in Flint, Mich.; Mrs. John Bond of here; William Wagner in Toledo; Christ. Wagner in Chicago and Fred Wagner in Defiance. Besides these there are two grandchildren. The burial took place on Saturday morning under the direction of Father James A. Lane from the St. Mary's Catholic Church in the Riverside Cemetery. The pallbearers were Neal Naveau, Ernest Horsey, Charles Tiller, A. B. Appeldorn, George Colwell and Fred. Bartels.

Nellie Schwaderer, daughter of the (married) couple Leonhard and Susanna Schwaderer, died on Friday morning in the parental residence in Emerald Township, Paulding County, at the age of 22 years, 2 months and 26 days from nervous fever. Surviving the young woman so rudely snatched untimely from this world are the deeply sorrowing parents and a few siblings. The mortal remains were given Christian burial Sunday morning with a large attendance under the direction of Pastor D. D. Weller from Continental in the Riverside Cemetery here.

Rachel Elisabeth Bright died about 12 o'clock in the night of Monday in the residence of her parents Mr. and Mrs. Freidrich Sudholz No. 1002 Perry Avenue after a six month illness from a complicated condition at the age of 38 years, 7 months and 13 days. She leaves behind besides the parents, the brothers Wilhelm and Ernst of here, as well as the sisters Mrs. Hermann Baden and Mrs. Florence Gherke in Defiance and Miss Anna Sudholz in Deshler. The burial took place Wednesday morning at 10 o'clock under the direction of Pastor F. A. Kiess from the St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church in the Riverside Cemetery.

Clara Amelia King, a born Andrew and wife of Mr. George King in Florida, died there on Friday afternoon about 3 o'clock in her residence after a lengthy siege of diabetes. She was born in Florida (Ohio) and had brought her entire lifetime there to 54 years, 8 months and 29 days. She leaves behind the spouse and a few children. Her remains were given Christian burial Sunday afternoon in the Cemetery in Florida. The pallbearers were C. M. Brinkman, Joseph Hovey, A. N. Rasmus, J. E. Schofield, Eugene Weaver and Louis Hammon; the flower bearers (were) Hattie Yorges, Erna Brinkman, Mamie Hammon, Helen Higgins, Dora Rasmus, Amie Miller and Jesse Gackel.

Elisabeth Tuttle
Elisabeth Tuttle, widow of Andrew Tuttle and a born Lang, on Monday morning about 10 o'clock in her residence No. 211 East High Street, after a lengthy and pain filled illness, closed her weary eyes in the final slumber. Born on the 18th of February 1851 at Kenton, Ohio, she was 65 years, 8 months and 24 days old. About the year 1870 she married Andrew Tuttle, to whom she presented three children; one daughter died as a child, and the surviving two sons are J. C. and Leonard Tuttle of Defiance. She is also survived by the brothers Frank near Okolona, John in Toledo and William in Defiance, as well as the sisters Mrs. George P. Wohn and Mrs. Logan Barr of here. The deceased was for many years a faithful member of the women's society "Harmonia" of the St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church. Her remains were taken Wednesday afternoon, after a funeral service had been held at half past 1 in the former residence and at 2 o'clock in the St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, to burial in the Riverside Cemetery. Pastor F. A. Kiess officiated.

Carl Meyer
From pleuropneumonia, last Wednesday morning about one o'clock, Carl, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. H. J. Meyer, who reside west of Holgate, died. A large circle of friends mourn his death with the parents, two brothers and four sisters. His remains were taken to the grave Friday afternoon under the direction of Pastor H. C. Siegert from the St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Holgate in the graveyard of the congregation.
