John K. Rozell, son of Andrew and Susanna Rozell, was born in Henry county, Ohio, July 11, 1845 and died at his home in Texas, Ohio, March 3, 1920, aged 74 yrs. 7 months and 11 days.

He had two sisters who died in infancy. His father and mother lived until he was grown to manhood. He is survived by one brother only, Jackson, who resides in Napoleon, Ohio.

Mr. Rozell was well known over a good part of Henry county, having been, in his younger years, engaged, with his brother, in a business which took them into many homes.

He was sober, industrious, and being always strictly honorable in all his dealings, commanded the respect of all who knew him.

He joined the I. O. O. F. many years ago and was a member of Texas lodge at the time of his death. He will be missed in his lodge and in the community.
