Orville M. (Bill) Weaks. 79. Delta, died this morning at Wood County Hospital. Bowling Green.

Born September 25, 1902, in McClure, he was the son of Clarence and Albina (Dilsaver) Weaks. He married Phyllis Tuckerman on May 25, 1966, and she survives.

Mr. Weaks was a carpenter and had owned and operated Rapids Nursing Home, Grand Rapids, for 10 years. He retired in 1976.

Surviving, besides his wife, are three stepdaughters, Donna, Toledo; Earlene, Antwerp, and Mrs. Phyllis (Anita) Kepner, Trenton, Michigan; three slepsons, Alan Brown, Napoleon, David Brown, McClure, and Phillip Brown, Delta; and 10 step-grandchildren

Services will be held Saturday, 10:30 a.m.. at Croll-Wright Funeral Home, Liberty Center. Ruth Diedrick will officiate, and interment will be in Youngs Cemetery, Liberty Center.

Friends may call after 2 p.m. Friday at the mortuary. The Family suggests any memorials be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
